Mission Statement

The Government Contacts Sub-Committee serves as a forum for representatives of the aviation lighting industry to meet with the representatives of various government agencies to discuss the latest programs and policies affecting the industry.

The goal is to foster communications between government and industry relating to aviation lighting.

The Sub-Committee meets twice a year.  The Spring Meeting is held in the Washington, DC.  The Fall Meeting is held in conjunction with the Annual Conference of the IES Aviation Lighting Committee.
