Attendees of this year’s IES Aviation Lighting Committee’s Technology Meeting are invited to exhibit the products of their company at the 19th Annual Day Show, in conjunction with the conference, at the DoubleTree Resort on Wednesday, November 8th, 2023. 

The Day show will be held on Wednesday afternoon November 8th, 2023 from 2:00PM to 6:00PM.  Your registration will be completed when we receive your payment in full.  

Registration as an exhibitor in the Day Show includes registration for the conference for one (1) participant.  Additional booth personnel must be registered for the conference.

Exhibit space is limited – space for a maximum of 40 booths is available – and we cannot guarantee that all requests for booth space will be granted. Early registration is recommended. 

Booth spaces are to be allocated on first-come, first-served basis. Exhibit space will not be allotted until payment in full is received. 

Exhibitors are limited to one (1) booth per company/organization – multiple booths are not permitted. 

Exhibitor Fee:

With Early Registration – ends 9/1/2023 (5pm EST) $1700 per booth. 
With Registration – from 9/2 through 10/16/2023 (5pm EST) $1800 per booth.
Late Registration – After 10/16/2023 (5pm EST) $1900 per booth. 

Registration as an exhibitor in the Day Show also includes registration for the conference for one participant. 

Exhibitors will choose their booth in order of PAID exhibit registration (first-come/first-served). Exhibitors will be able to choose their booth location after payment is received.
