Please bring them to the registration desk when you pick up your registration package or during onsite registration. Boxes can be shipped to the conference to arrive after Wednesday, October 16th. It is not permissible to ship packages for arrival before Wednesday, October 16, 2019.

Hotel Shipping and Receiving Charges are as follows:
Envelopes are complimentary.
Boxes 35 lbs. or less delivered to meeting room for $5.00 each.
Boxes 36 lbs. to 50 lbs. delivered to meeting room for $10.00 each.
Boxes 51 lbs. or over delivered to meeting room for $15.00 each.
Pallets – Daily fee for storage $75.00 upon arrival and departure.

Receiving Time Lines:
Storage Fees WILL apply if packages received prior to Wednesday, October 16, 2019.
