    We are interested in learning more about the 2026 meeting. I am an airfield electrician in Cleveland, OH. Sad we missed the nearby 2025 Pittsburg meeting. Could you please send any more information once you receive it on the potential of us sending 1-3 Electricians to the next meeting.

If you feel comfortable speaking to a welcoming group of like minded individuals, feel free to volunteer for the Happy Electricians panel or submit a presentation abstract.     What is the deadline for abstract submissions to present at the meeting?

      Greetings Susan,

      We would love to have you and others start submitting abstracts to vice-chair@iesalc.org as soon as possible to guarantee high quality content for our next Fall Technology Meeting. The team typically starts working on fall tech meeting agenda in May and tries to accommodate everyone; however, the team cannot guarantee a day/time or availability. When space is limited, it is typically first come, first served; however, the team may prioritize topics based on submissions for a balanced conference.

      Please see https://www.iesalc.org/presentation-rules/ for more information on Presentation requirements. The vice chair can provide a PowerPoint template. Presentations can be on design concepts; project reviews; product concepts (non-marketing); FAA, UFC, ICAO, and/or NEC code reviews; and many more topics as long as it pertains to the airfield electrical and lighting industry. Past presentations are posted for inspiration.
