MISSION
The mission of the awards subcommittee is to collect, review, and judge Project Award Nominations and Fall Conference Presentations. Members attend all Fall Conference Technology Meeting presentations. The subcommittee chair presents awards to winning submissions and presenters during the end of conference banquet.
VISION
The awards subcommittee envisions recognition of high quality technical presentations serving the aviation lighting community enabling members to excel and execute complex and challenging projects with best practices and innovative solutions.

- Attendance to the Fall Technology Meeting is Required to be an Awards Judge.
- Judges will be recused on award categories that have a conflict of interest (e.g. judging an award category if employed at airport, contractor, or design firm associated with a submitted award).
