Attendees of this year’s IES Aviation Lighting Committee’s Technology Meeting are invited to exhibit the products of their company at the 20^th Annual Day Show, in conjunction with the conference, at the Westin Charlotte on Wednesday, October 30^th, 2024.

The Day show will be held on Wednesday afternoon, October 30th, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.  Your registration will be completed when we receive your payment in full.

Registration as an exhibitor in the Day Show includes registration for the conference for one (1) participant.  Additional booth personnel must be registered for the conference.

Exhibit space is limited – space for a maximum of 40 booths is available – and we cannot guarantee that all requests for booth space will be granted. Early registration is recommended.

Booth spaces are to be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibit space will not be allotted until payment in full is received.

Exhibitors are limited to one (1) booth per company/organization – multiple booths are not permitted.

With Early Registration – ends 8/31/2024 (5pm EST)	$1775 per booth.
With Registration – from 9/1 through 10/1/2024 (5pm EST)	$1875 per booth
With Late Registration – after 10/1/2024 (5pm EST)	$1975 per booth.
