We’re thrilled to announce that the FAA has approved a waiver to permit their presence at the meeting, clearing the way for Don Lampkins’ group to join us! Efforts are ongoing to bring in representatives from additional groups, and we’ll continue posting updates as we learn more. This exciting development allows us to gather at the FAA building as originally planned—please see below for the latest meeting time and location details. We look forward to seeing you there!

Hotel Information: Hotel Accommodations are being held at the Holiday Inn Capitol (550 C Street, SW Washington, DC 20024) with availability from April 22-25, 2025. Limited space is available in the block.

Room Rate is $309.00 for single and double occupancy. Rate does not include the D.C. sales tax, currently at 15.95%.

A major credit card information is needed at the time of reservation.  Individual cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to the date of arrival to avoid one night’s room plus tax cancellation charge on the credit card provided. Please obtain a cancellation number when canceling a reservation. The deadline date to make a reservation is March 28, 2025. Reservation requests received after the deadline date will be subject to availability and prevailing rate.
